This is a great multi level (prenatal included) yoga-style exercise class. Each class will have different themes as we work to build and maintain a stronger, healthier body. My aim is to offer a safe, fun, yet invigorating exercise experience for women of all fitness levels. It is a place where women can enjoy consistent exercise and fellowship. Invite your friends, there’s room for everyone. This class take place every Wednesday from 8-9AM.
