Why: Campus Cleanup ministry team supports the mission of Mars Hill Church by calling every member and attendee to abide in Christ through worship, community, and service, by preparing the facility God has blessed us with to welcome strangers, make disciples of Christ, and develop mature leaders who bear fruit as they live for Jesus.

Redemption Groups will kick off this Winter with a weekend intensive on January 9th & 10th, continuing through March 11 on Wednesday nights. For those beset by sin or suffering, these groups offer a season of intently applying the gospel to our deepest wounds and compulsions. Trial (part 1)
1 Peter 1:1-2 Trial and Sin
For all that are serving and leading in some capacity at the OC we want you participation in this leadership sync. Anyone that is not serving or leading but is interested in serving and leading at the OC you are invited to come to the first main session.
We are going to push our usual leadership sync back one week to January 11th. This will allow everyone to settle into the new year. We will still have the meeting at SPSCC at 1:30pm to allow folks to grab some lunch.
Our topic will be Gospel Mission. This is the last study on the 4 phases of the Description of the Disciples Life (DDL). This will be great as we start looking into 2009 and how we can be on mission both corporately and in our community contexts. Following our main session we will again break out into groups.
The Bible speaks of marriage as a covenant, a model, a form of relational, romantic, and practical worship that models the exquisite romance between Christ and His church. The eight-week Preparing for Marriage class is for members or those pursuing membership who are planning to be married in the next four to six months. The class will be taught by Pastor Phil Smidt and his wife, Jen. Membership is required to take the class. For an application, please email erin@marshillchurch.org.
