The Peasant Princess : A Love Story from the Song of Songs (Week 2)

Preparing for Marriage Class

The Bible speaks of marriage as a covenant, a model, a form of relational, romantic, and practical worship that models the exquisite romance between Christ and His church. The seven week Preparing for Marriage class is for members planning to be married in the next four to six months. The class will be taught by Pastor Phil Smidt and his wife Jen. Membership is required to take the class. For an application, please email erin@marshillchurch.org.

When: Every Thursday from 6:30pm-9:00pm

What: Scripture, Prayer, Snacks, Cleaning & Maintenance (Vacuuming, Dusting, Mopping, Lawn Care, Painting, and anything in between)

Who: Anyone who desire to worship Jesus, serve the church, and build community. Membership is not required.

How: Email cc@marshillchurch.org or search for us on “The City”

Why: Campus Cleanup ministry team supports the mission of Mars Hill Church by calling every member and attendee to abide in Christ through worship, community, and service, by preparing the facility God has blessed us with to welcome strangers, make disciples of Christ, and develop mature leaders who bear fruit as they live for Jesus.

“I appeal to you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship.” (Romans 12 :1)
